Well.....times a wastin' as they say down south or in the mts or wherever they say that. My dad died when he was 67, my mom 69. They never took care of themselves....it wasn't a surprise. Although dad had colo-rectal cancer. That threw us all since we didn't have it in our genetic history. Once they get sick you might as well forget getting any information out of them. They concentrate 100% on getting well and don't have the energy for much else. There are exceptions to that rule, but I wouldn't wait much longer if I were you.

BTW You won't be over the hill when you turn 50, you'll be on top of it.
