What would Dubya be if he wasn't Dubya? WWDBIHWD?

I think he might be in jail for DWI or maybe even for a get rich quick scheme type of fraud. He has bankrupted 2-3 companies and insider traded Harken Energy.

Without Poppy to bail him out, erase or cover up his records, dry him out and make him look presentable in the morning, I vote for jail.
