APII can frustrate too. After good news and a nice move it closed down for the day. Part of a low float, low volume stock.

I am not concerned as they continue to build value. Two old rats that did likewise were COHT and BRLI, among many others. Both paid off big if ya held through the ups and down, I didn't. Management at APII is doing as they said they would, building value, so I will hold for the end game here.
