There's very little chance, after the monumental, Democrat-destroying Bush landslide that we are heading into in 2004, that anyone but Bush's chosen successor will have a chance in Hell in 2008. That successor will get an almost automatic 8 years, also.

Whether it's Guiliani or not remains a big "whether"...
