I will take a wild stab and say he will answer with:

a) That is all covered in the documents we have already sent you.
b) um...um....um.... I don't remember [ala Reagan]
c) If he does answer a question he will qualify it like Nixon did, such as starting the sentence with ...."at this point in time"
