George. You are of course correct. Institutional accumulation is a dated snapshot. However, the dated snapshot has shown continued trend towards accumulation so that is the most likely scenario. Remember when it was 17%.
Secondly if I sniff value, then most likely others do too.
Thirdly, companies like citicorp are investing to make money. I assume they do their homework. So, in answer to your question or statement> yes current institutional investment is a guessing game, but one can guess than xoma is more institutional quality than before and we have witnessed 17% to 48% which has been a longterm ongoing trend. IMO they want to make money, they have the power to self-fulfill. skd
