A Constitution imposed by an army of occupation has no legitimacy. I'm sure that Japan and Germany would be interested in your point of view... And I'm sure any descendants of the British Loyalist Tories would sympathize with your view that the US constitution is illegitimate, having been "imposed" by a illegitimate rebel force heavily supported by France.
