PPI MIA -- Lying by Omission While the U.S. Labor Department (under anti-labor queen, Elaine Chou) can't seem to be able to report the PPI, reuters.com other private reporting agencies looking at manufacturing inputs such as steel, copper, other metals and the hydrocarbon complex are noting astonishing inflation at an annual clip of 33 to 40%. Could Elaine Chou be involved in a conspiracy to hide this ugly truth from the nervous financial markets? Naw. I'm sure it's just a coincidence.... ******* I got clued in to the PPI news today by listening to the Thom Hartmann Radio Program. More on this show in the next post.
