We have not had a terrorist attack on our shores, or, for that matter, on an embassy, since 9/11. Not only that, but the incidence of attacks in Iraq is decreasing, and the targets have mostly shifted to Iraqis themselves, trying to discourage "collaboration". Nevertheless, the signing of the interim "constitution" went off without a hitch, and few members of the Iraqi Council have even been attacked, much less killed. We must be doing something right..........
