Germany and Japan declared war on the U.S. and we declared war on them in self-defense. Nice try... But you didn't specify that originally. And the US occupation IS NOT illegal. Iraq attacked Kuwait (since you seem to have forgotten this important fact)... ... was evicted by the US and other coalition forces, under UNSC 678 which, along with UNSC 687, is also the resolution that authorized UNSC 1441... ...signed a cease fire and WMD disarmament agreement... ...and then was declared in violation via UNSC 1441... Based upon such precedent, it's ludicrous to try and legally assert that the US occupation is "illegal". Because that would mean that any UN occupation would be illegal as well.. Hawk
