read the post -- I didn't say rates are backing up. I said the pattern is -- japs buy bonds to support the dollar -- a lot of times there is follow-through period where the dollar continues up and treasury buying abates --> rates go back up or correct. It ain't happenin' this time whatever the appropriate terminology is ... It doesn't bode well for the markets, the dollar or the economy, IMO
