The best (goofiest?) part is that the IMF is advancing Argentina 100% of an interest obligation so that Argentina can continue to negotiate repayment of the principal at only 25 cents on the dollar, with an offer to discount to 65 cents apparently already on the table. I wish my bankers would make me such offers, I would never make another payment on anything
