Funny how you hear Bush's "jobs" performance mentioned in the same breath as Hoover's all the time, and not with Clinton's. He inherited a shrinking economy, a rapidly declining stock market (Nasdaq declined 2400 points in Clinton's last ten months in office), endured 9/11 and the resulting economic shocks, and came out of it with unemployment pretty much where Clinton had it after one term. And the only name we hear is Herbert Hoover's.
