Just spoke to IR...Feedback and opinion by: Tesla_X (35/M/anywhere but here) Long-Term Sentiment: Hold 03/10/04 05:04 pm Msg: 9440 of 9440 Points: biz.yahoo.com 1) nothing new going on (good or bad), no new convertable offerings. Apparently, there were rumors of a NEW offering. This is BUNK. 2) the ~$125M convertable announced last month is being redeemed to the tune of ~$50M. The reduction in ARRS debt to about ~$75M is great for the company going forward. 3) (my spin) Action over the past few sessions probably due to partial convertible effects (minimal), seeing as short interest/hedge from last month is roughly half the size of the amount redeemed (my assumption that these are probably related). 4) Some Mutual fund BONEHEAD on CNBC, one of 3-4 poo-pooing Tech during the day, mentioned in so many words that tech was overbought, someone needs to put a little fear into investors bidding the price up, and things need to come back to earth before they will get back in. CONCLUSION: Most of the of stock drop is probably MM's effectively yelling "SHARK" in the Tech swimming pool, scaring out the little guys, and then jumping in at a lower price. The huge level 2 Bid & Ask order sizes I've been seeing would be an indication of this. One of the guys on the HLIT board put it well: Buy the company, not the stock price. If you agree that VoIP is gonna be big in the coming year, you know where to keep your money. Don't let the big guys tip over your canoe. My 2 cents, not yet adjusted for inflation. Tesla
