And you haven't proved that there are massive offshore oil reserves that can be exploited. He didn't say it was half of OPEC's costs. He said it was half of OPEC's rates. If OPEC countries spend $3 a barrel to get the oil out and sell it for $35 a barrel, then he was saying the offshore oil cost less then $17.50 not that it cost $1.50. Tim
