That's not a flip-flop. He held the EXACT same position in both instances. He felt we should go after Saddam, with the help of the global community. Kerry was always eager to get Saddam, and still is. Kerry always hated the Bush method of offending our allies, and he still does.

An example of a flip-flop would be when President Bush campaigned on the platform that we shouldn't attempt nation-building, and then as soon as he got in office, he began making plans to nation-build in Iraq.
