Okay. We're supposed to be talking about the TOOLBAR in Internet Explorer. Google Toolbar is an add-in toolbar within IE - it is not a separate program that you will fine in the Windows taskbar. You should also have toolbars for

-"Back, Forward, Favorites, Refresh, Home" etc.
-"Address [ ] -- Go
-Links {May be hidden or empty)

That's the area where the Google tool bar should be. We one the same page now?
