OK, Kerry spent the last 3 years voting for almost every Bush administration proposal - the war, Patriot Act, No Child Left Behind, 2002 tax cuts, prescription benefit, etc.
Most of the other Democratic candidates did not have such a pro-Bush voting record.

Do you think there's some connection between this recent voting record and Kerry's being judged by primary election voters as the most electable?

Seems to me they're effectively saying, the most electable Democratic candidate is the one most like Bush.
