Terry, Guvnor. Sounds about right. I used to think George W. Bush was the worst governor I'd ever seen in action, but Rick Perry has me yearning for the good old days of sending the boys out to shred documents at the National Guard. <G> One thing, though. Perry had this scandal which never amounted to much when a female State Trooper stopped the car he was riding in for speeding (he wasn't sober enough to, er, he wasn't driving <G>). He chewed her out like a Marine drill sergeant with a raw recruit. Well, that's one place we won't see any improvement with Kinky. In every other way, he's much better than Perry.
