well take a look at that article I just posted to Cheryl about california taxing infosys. What california is doing basically in imposing a tariff on these offshorers. Except its not a tariff, its a tax, because California cannot institute tariffs. I can't see any downside to california for doing this. Applied Materials might scream like hell because Infosys charges them a surcharge to do business here, whoopee.
