There aren't any "terrorist charges" and it's doubtful there was ever any basis for them in the first place. Has there been any connection drawn between the old NASD matter and the current outstanding charges? I don't think so. Those are matters being tried within the justice system, not regulatory agencies. In any event, this is a major vindication for Anthony.
