Joe, What you fail to realize is that that one time event was a repayment of Profits Fonar lost over the years from Patent Infringement . So If you take that 56 mill. and spread it over the 10 years or so Fonar showed losses up to 2000 you would see Profits in ALL those years . That is how I look at a Settlement on Infringement . Profits coming Joe because sales and Installs are continuing to INCREASE . 6 sales and 10 installs so far in the quarter 1/1/04 - 3/31/04 vs 6 sales and 4 installs last year in this quarter .
