It is, but there are limits on how much attacking of "the site" will be tolerated. Sometimes it will be dealt with in private, other times in public. Had I encountered another one of his posts before seeing that one, it would have been the "toss" without additional comment.

As it stands, I'm going to go have some coffee, soak up some cool morning breeze, and let the steam dissipate.
