Mancow used to almost daily be seen on FOXnews in the morning show. I haven't seen him on Fox lately, but that could be because I haven't been tuning in as much. He always seemed very rightwing.

Stern's politics have been all over the board. He's supported both Democrats and Republicans, but never really got behind GOPwingers. I believe Stern once ran for the Senate while pushing some of the Republican agenda in the effort.

Nonetheless, both of these mouthpieces have a unique ability in presidential politics as each can reach out to independent voters and especially toward those who've never voted before. There's a large segment out there who see society as nothing but a joke and they don't participate in the so-called "system."

If the likes of Mancow and Stern can fire up some of this group into voting they would likely support the candidate liked by their shock idol. And with the demographics of this race, each voter from this category becomes very important not only because of how they might vote, but also because of who they might also bring in to vote.

It might make some sense to monitor these shows and perhaps call in if there's an opportunity to do so.
