Inside Trading AMATI PAINEWEBBER INTERNATIONAL (U K ) LTD Sell--Action 30,451--Shares $13--Price 05/29/97--Trans.Date 07/24/97--Report Date 144---Form Updated Amati Prospectus 8-7-97 sec.gov Ownership Filings...... sec.gov I have also noted that on 8/16/96 the two largest Mutual Fund Holders of Amati were SEI Inst Small Cap Grwoth (67,800 shares) and DFA U.S. 9-10 Small Company (267,700). Anyone know where these funds currently stand? Regards Steve
