Bob, Since your salutation was to "Don" and the subject was PE's, I thought you might have meant to address the post to me. In any event, the NSM report was great and really bolstered the market today. Times are good now and probably will be for the next few months. As has been posted elsewhere, several times now, the question is - How long will the "upcycle" last? Many think it is all over in 6 months or less and have already started pulling their money out of the market. Others think we have 1 to 2 years, or more, of steady improvement.
