If al quaeda pulled this off, they had to have some local help and what we might have here is a renegate ETA group who felt ETA may not have gone far enough. IT has been a year since iraq war so there is time for al quaeda to train and equip a dissident basque group for their purposes. Perhaps jihadists and eta worked together on this and there are both foreign and domestic fingerprints. Mike
