Everyone,

GERN's float is not 2 million. It's about 6.2 million shares. Insiders and entities affiliated with them control about 30%, and institutional investors own around 12% of shares outstanding. Thus, there's a float of approximately 6.2 million shares. So the float only change hands about twice on Friday...mostly by daytraders.

The information can be accessed through the SEC/Edgar database link.
