I think we have to get to the point where targeting civilians is not acceptable, whether done by Hamas, Israel, the United States, or Al-Qaeda. It goes for assumed collateral damage too... Now - I wouldn't hold my breath to get Al-Qaeda to agree to this... Why are they still breathing anyway rruff? Bush and Co. has a $ 400 billion Defense Dept. plus other agencies - and they have had 2 1/2 years to take care of it. Why hasn't it been resolved?
