I think it is all due to the greatest bubble in history, a great mis-allocation of capital the likes of which the world has never seen, which will haunt not only the current President, but the next President and the one after him.

I don't blame Bush for job losses. They would have happened whoever was President.

That being said, I think that asking a steel worker to "re-train" himself is a joke. Both parties pander to this concept, it doesn't play in reality. Re-train him for WHAT?
