Dave, I've followed EFII on and off for the last few years. The PE has dropped somewhat, but it is still rather high, especially compared to other tech stocks like SNDK. I don't know if the management quality is as good as SNDK. But I haven't been overly impressed with this one, though maybe I'll take a closer look based on your comments. Art
