Hi Craig, >>Actually, this doesn't look like your every day Reg S

We finally have a common interest. We missed a double on ISSM.<ggg> I sold my WIND shares not to long ago, but was thinking of getting back in sometime. This deal looks like the MU deal--MU not a Reg S but a convertable. Except the MU convertable was for $60 something. This looks like a convertable at a discount. My question is why does this software company need cash. Most good software companies are flush with cash. Also why not credit from a US financial institution. Looks like these guys are making a quick buck or there is a fair amount of risk we do not know about.

I am going to be busy tomorrow and won't have time to dig. Hopefully I will have time on Tuesday. If I were going to be at my computer tomorrow I would think of playing the stock for a small gain. I have not looked to see of there are options on the stock, they could be interesting. There must be a buck to be made here somewhere.:-)

Joan
