"fair share" means what the rich can afford to pay.

Well, if that's what fair share means, then you can simply set what a comfortable living wage is -- say $100,000; anybody should be able to live on that these days -- and take 100% of everything above that. That's what they can afford to pay and still live in reasonable comfort.

Is that what you're proposing?
