So, you define "fair" as "What the Clinton administration set taxes as." Is that correct? Oh, btw, which year of the Clinton administration? Tax rates differed at various times. And that also means that you think it's fair that a 19 year old making minimum wage at McDonald's pays 7% of their income in social security taxes, but a 19 year old scion of a wealthy family who has a $5 million a year trust income derived solely from stock dividends and clipping bond coupons pays nothing -- nada -- zero - in social security taxes. Since it was that way under Clinton, that's fair to you. Right?
