No, Kerry has stated that he will not only raise income tax on those making $200,000+, he has also proided some sketchy information regarding raising user fee taxes, gasoline taxes... Kerry is going to raise taxes. JK has announced his tax plans. No new taxes except back to Clinton levels for the rich
