Actually, Clinton was pressed by Enron also. Remember, at the time, the GOPwingers had him backed into a corner looking for outs. Appeasing GOPwingers corporately was an out for Clinton. He perhaps didn't make the best decisions back then, what with Enron's Afghanistan pipeline and all. But Bush, once in? He immediately reopened the Afghani-Enron pipeline deal, put a block on CIA intelligence in that area of the world and we ended up with 9/11.
