Long term
another I own for years for the div reinvestment plan is General motors GM

Send them a check every quarter or so, income averaging (like a bill ... pay yourself) to add to my shares and reinvest all divs

it grows. Plus are they not selling to China soon? A whole new market for them

Div & Yield: 2.00 (4.34%)

52wk Range: 29.75 - 55.55

Last Trade: 44.90

of course the short term trades are numerous compared to long term .... long term stocks are not monitored as are st trades Many long term investors probably don't even notice the market is down bad all week.
I did not even know what GM did today till looking up the enclosed information ... cause it's long term and it doesn't really matter to me that it goes down every once in a while.
