I love that. They gave up looking for a job. So how are they eating right now? What are they using for money?

I do understand they expire. The rolling average continues to go down, and has been going down. That means people are not needing the benfits, because they have jobs.

Why is it that liberals always try to change the rules. Historically, the unemployment rate has been used to determine the health of the labor market. During Clinton's presidency everyone talked about the 3.9% unemployment rate, and how good that was.

Now that that number shows that the economy under Bush is improving, it's no longer a valid figure to use.
