I use to pick stocks, and it was a hard habit to get out of, even now I may still pick one from time to time..but it just about has to land in my lap, I don't go out looking for a stock to pick except perhaps to check Mo Mo types which isn't much good in a flatish market. The only stock I own is TDW and it from last year with CCs sold in April..I also bought puts on her so she is locked off. OPPS I forgot INTC I have an old small position in her too, which is now down , but not much. ---- For the most part I just trade the QQQ when I trade..and that short term. ---- vtoreport.com ---- I watch that and any more I trade it "late" like when it buys I wait to see if it goes lower before I buy. I miss some trades taht way and it takes a lot of restraint but since I slowed down I haven't lost a bet yet. However it looks like this time "could" be a first.. I'm hedged off for next week at about a 34.50 cost basis and can get called at 35. Jim
