The Barrons research report was only a reprint of the August 1 Gilford Securities "Maximum Buy". Gilford points out that the resignations of the CFO (disliked by the investment community) and the COO (function no longer necessary) " was a huge positive!" for the company and no severance was paid for either. How are the resignations of two key officers a huge positive? Why bring up nominal severance packages for a company with a market cap of $350 million that Gilford wants you to purchase maximally?
