My point of keeping a UN peacekeeping training center base, but coupling it with an international diplomacy and educational center of the UN, essentially accomplishes the same objective: security of border states. We don't need the US to be the lone ranger here.

This is probably why you should vote for anyone but Bush. Well, maybe you like playing that lone ranger role--lol!
