The News Hour with Jim Lehrer had Margaret Warner talk to two economists. The Berkeley economist had an interesting take. If an Indian EE gets $13K per year to do the work that an American EE got $135K (salary + benefits) to do, then the situation is conspiring to allow the Indian EE's labor to be exploited.
