Steve, look at your SEC URL again. That link does not have reference to FLOAT! Read it again and again. Then after you do so, read it one more time! Please tell me where you find the word "Float" in that SEC filing. Where does it indicate the amount of institutional holders? And how did you come up with that rediculous number?
