UN sends them to war? UN does not send troops to war. They send in troops to establish peace. Kofi Annan is not about go into Iraq if there is no assurance of some sort that UM personnel would be safe. I want our troops under our command. Always, our troops have been under our command. I think you are mixing up issues. We go in under UN auspices but under our own command.
