Hi Jim. Nice to see your rude & uncivil ways have not changed one bit. It is good to have some stability in this ever-changing universe. Look up the definition of "unemployment" to see that it is indeed calculated as "unemployed/work force" and not as "unemployed/total population". If that doesn't fair to you, that's just too bad. That is how all countries calculate unemployment - i.e. it is not a conspiracy. please consider frequenting another thread How about I stay. And you seek professional help for whatever is causing all this hostility.
