Hi Ken , life to the url comes from http:// , as netscape sees it like click > sat.net, should take you to my page.. works in all the news groups so my guess its the netscape that gives it life..as soon as it sees the first part of the html code. were as if I jus put in www.sat.net/~jhopkins and do not have the http:// well it gets no life. jim
