I am not sure that downward spike has stopped going down as yet.

I included some pre-March 2003 data in that chart to show how those bottom spikes acted in a downtrending climactic period.

Getting under the minus ten level is rather rare and I am cautious until we get above it or better yet back to the zeroline. Note how quickly that occurred at the November low spike. I am not so sure that this decline will resolve so quickly. For a bottoming spike to appear--one of the filters in my formula is for the 10 day MA of the AYDIS be below minus 1. For the spike to begin moving up we need improvement in the CLX and CLXPP 10 MA multiples.
