The only thing I know is that lawsuits and disputes, especially ones involving other countries are never cut and dried. I own AQI and if IMA indeed misused information then that is great for AQI.

We have seen these pissing matches before. Crystallex, and the Winspear/Aber dispute to name a few. They can go on for a long time and lawyers are the ones that usually win in the end.
