The Iraqi Constitution will be challenged again and again and again as the handiwork of a U.S. puppet government with no legitimacy. It will be contested in the streets of Iraq where people will die. Hopefully it will not be contested on the streets of America, where Americans would be the target. It is easier to start a war than to finish it.
