Ted, When are one of you GOP geniuses is going to explain to me why the national debt as a percent of GDP keeps going up dramatically under GOP administrations? Maybe Bush can explain that one himself. Meanwhile, I'm not expecting this recovery to last much beyond this year. Maybe it's a good idea to let Kerry become president after all.
